The system for accepting foreign nationals with specified skills in the construction field in Japan has begun in April, 2019. Currently, the Specified Skills (i) Evaluation Exam is conducted in the three categories of "Civil Engineering," "Building," and "Infrastructure & Equipment" that have been approved for acceptance.
*Exams are conducted in Japanese.
*To obtain the status of residence for Specified Skills, it is necessary to pass the Japanese language exam.
