Japan Apply for a certificate of passing of The Specified Skills Evaluation Exam taken outside of the country
After passing the The Specified Skills Evaluation Exam conducted outside of the Japan, you will receive a certificate of acceptance to the company you will work for. Therefore, you must obtain the certificate of acceptance (the pass certificate) data from JAC.
Please apply for a certificate of acceptance on the smartphone app "JAC Members".
Before that, you need to install the smartphone app "JAC Members" and register an account.

Certificate application process
*Exam information is your Prometric ID, exam number, exam location (country, city, etc.), exam date, and exam category, which are written on your Prometric Confirmation Letter.
- Log in to "JAC Members"
- Enter your information in the "Certificate of Exam Application" field.
- Check the details and apply
- The application is accepted
- Receive your certificate
Step 1.
Log in to "JAC Members"
1-1. Display the login screen
Tap the "JAC Members" icon.
If you have forgotten your password, please check the link below.
1-2. Log in to "JAC Members"
On the "JAC Members" login screen, enter your email address and password.
Tap [Login].
The "JAC Members" home screen will be displayed.
Step 2.
Enter your information in the "Certificate of Exam Application" field.
2-1. Tap [Overseas Exam Certificate] from the menu.
Tap [Overseas Exam Certificate] from the menu at the bottom of the "JAC Members" home screen.

2-2. Enter your information in the "Certificate Issuance Application"
Please enter the information of the exam you passed, such as the "Confirmation Letter" issued by Prometric. There are also options to choose from.
Please enter the ID issued by Prometric.
Example: prm123456
Please enter your exam number.
Example: JP99000001
Please enter in hiragana, katakana, or the alphabet.
Example: Indonesia
Select the date on the calendar that you would like to take the exam.
⑤Exam categoryPlease select the category of exam you have passed.
2-3. Take a photo of your face
"Take a photo of your face"
Tap. An explanation of what you need to be careful of will be displayed. Read the explanation carefully. Tap the [Start shooting] button to take a photo.
*If there are any imperfections in the photo, such as your mouth being open or there being something in the background, your application will not be accepted. If you are unsure, please take a new photo.

- ⑥ Move your smartphone so that your face is within the frame to perform biometric authentication.
- ⑦ Tap the button to take a photo of your face.
- ⑧ Check the photograph of your face.

On the "Confirm Face Photo" screen, check that the photo is clear. If it is clear, check each item and tap the [OK] button.

Check the details of your application for "Certificate of Exam Issuance Application". If there are no mistakes in the details of your application, tap [Apply].
If you want to change the details of your application, tap [Back] and re-enter the application information.

Step 4.
The application is accepted
4-1. Confirm the message that your application for certificate issuance has been accepted
Once your application for a certificate has been successfully accepted, you will receive a message in the app's message list informing you that your application for a certificate has been accepted.
Step 5.
Receive your certificate
5-1. A certificate will be issued
Once your certificate has been issued, you will receive a message in the app's message list informing you that your certificate has been issued.
Open the message and tap the certificate to begin downloading.
Once the download is complete, the folder in which the certificate is saved will be displayed. Open the folder to view the downloaded certificate.
