Delete your account

To delete your account on the "JAC Members" app, you must apply for account deletion.
If your application is approved, your account will be deleted.


*You cannot delete your account if you have any applications awaiting approval, such as the issuance of a certificate of completion.
Please wait until your pending application is approved. Please note that you can only cancel an application for changing overseas job seeker information.


How to delete your account

If you wish to delete your registered "JAC Members" account, please see the steps below.

Please note that once you delete your account, you will not be able to create it again.

Step 1.
View "Account deletion request"

1-1. Display the login screen

Launch the "JAC Members" app.

1-2. Display the "Home" screen

Log in with your registered email address and password.
The Home screen will be displayed.

1-3. Tap the menu in the upper left

Tap the menu icon. The menu list will appear.

1-4. Display the "Account Deletion Request" screen

Tap "Delete Account" from the menu. The "Account Deletion Request" screen will be displayed.

Please note that once you delete your account, you will not be able to create it again.

Step 2.
Request for account deletion

2-1. Tap [Request account deletion]

Tap [Apply for account deletion] on the "Account Deletion Request" screen.
To cancel deletion, tap the x in the upper left.

If you delete your account, you will no longer be able to download your certificate.
Download it and save it on your smartphone.
Any previous messages will also be deleted.

2-2. Account deletion request completed

Tap [OK] on the "Confirm Account Deletion" screen. Your account deletion request is now complete.
If you want to cancel the deletion, tap [Close] on "Confirm Account Deletion" and then tap the x in the upper left corner of the screen.

Once your "Account Deletion Request" has been sent to JAC, a message will be displayed confirming your request has been accepted.

Step 3. Confirm the application results

3-1. Check the application results

The result of your application will be sent to you via message. Please check the message in the app.
(It may take some time for the application results to be announced.)

If approved, you will be automatically logged out after a short time.
