Apply to register job seeker information (JAC Members)
To use the bulletin board on the "JAC Members" app, you must register your overseas job seeker information. In addition, to register your job seeker information, you must first receive a certificate of passing the overseas exam.

Job Seeker Information Registration Application
Flow
To apply to register job seeker information, follow the steps below.
Step 1.
Display "Overseas Job Seeker Information Registration Application"
1-1. Display the "Confirmation of use of overseas job seeker information bulletin board" screen
On the home screen of the "JAC Members" app, tap "Bulletin Board" on the bottom menu bar.
The "Confirm use of overseas recruitment information bulletin board" page will open.


1-2. Display the "Overseas Job Seeker Information Registration Application" screen
Carefully read and confirm the contents displayed on "Confirmation of Use of Overseas Job Seeker Information Bulletin Board."
If you agree to the terms, tap [Agree and Apply].
The "Overseas Job Seeker Information Registration Application" page will open.

Step 2.
Enter your information
2-1. Enter information
Choose all the words you can speak.
② Passed skills evaluation exam (required)Of skills evaluation exam you have passed, check all that apply from "Civil Engineering," "Architecture," and "Lifelines/Facilities."

2-2. Enter information
Check the highest level of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test you have passed.
④Basic Japanese TestThose who have taken and passed the Basic Japanese Test should check this box.
⑤ Desired monthly salary (yen) (required)Choose how much you want to earn per month.
⑥Other requests (required)Enter your expectations regarding working at the company. Enter within 2000 characters.

2-3. Display the confirmation screen
Tap [Next] to display the confirmation screen.


Step 3.
Check the details and apply
3-1. Check the displayed details and apply
Check that the information you entered is correct. If it is, check "I agree that the personal data I entered will be provided to the company" and tap "Apply."
(Recruiting companies will be able to see your job seeker information.)
If you want to change the content, tap [Back].
Once your application has been successfully sent to JAC, you will be returned to the "Confirmation of Use of Overseas Job Seeker Information Board" screen.
You have now completed your application to register your job seeker information.


Step 4.
Job seeker information registration completed
4-1. Verify that your application has been approved by JAC
Once your application has been approved by JAC, you will receive a message from them.
(It will arrive at the bottom of the home screen under [Messages].)
You have now completed registering your job seeker information.
*When JAC reviews the job seeker information you have submitted, it may amend the information.
When you tap "Bulletin Board" on the bottom menu bar, the "Overseas Recruitment Information Bulletin Board Menu" screen will be displayed.
